Description
- The BFD-1000 is a 5-channel high-performance line tracking sensor specially designed for robotics, AGV robots, and line-following vehicles.
- Each channel consists of an infrared LED transmitter and a photodiode/phototransistor receiver for detecting line contrast.
- The module identifies black lines on a white surface or white lines on a black surface by analyzing the reflected IR light intensity.
- It offers five directional detection points, allowing robots to detect line deviation and adjust movement in real time.
- Each channel has a signal indicator LED, making calibration and debugging easier.
- With onboard sensitivity adjustment, users can optimize detection for different lighting and surface environments.
- The compact design enables easy integration into robot chassis and supports advanced algorithms such as PID control.
- Works perfectly with microcontrollers such as Arduino Uno, Mega, ESP32, STM32, and others.
